Q: Why isn't the lid on my Fifth Fork canister sealing properly?
A: To ensure a perfect seal on your Fifth Fork canister, follow these steps:

  1. Check the Silicone Seal: Make sure the silicone seal is properly seated into the bamboo lid groove.
  2. Apply Firm Downward Pressure: Press down firmly on the lid.
  3. Twist the Lid Slightly: While pressing down, twist the lid slightly to secure the seal.

Q: What should I do if the lid pops up?
A: If the lid pops up, apply firm downward pressure again and twist the lid slightly. This should help to reseal the canister properly.

Q: What if the lid is loose and doesn’t seal at all?
A: If the lid remains loose despite following the steps above, please contact us for a free replacement by email at support@fifthfork.com, send us a message in the chat on our website or call us by phone at (840)210-9321 and leave us a message with your contact details.
